To check the status of an order please log in to your account. In order to check the status of your order you must have created an account during your check out process. If you try to create an account after you order your order will come up as "no order found." As soon as your item is shipped your tracking number and shipping information will be available in your account.

ORDERING

Our inventory is forever changing! While we do everything we can to keep our site up to date it is impossible to keep it 100% accurate. Please email or call us with any questions you may have about inventory.

IN STOCK ITEMS

If a jacket is listed as in stock it is ready to ship. Our inventory is always changing so if the jacket you order becomes unavailable you will be contacted as soon as possible.

PRE-PURCHASE ITEMS

If a jacket is listed as pre-purchase it is not currently in stock and therefore has no definite shipping date. Racing Jackets does offer customers the opportunity to purchase jackets that are listed as a pre-purchase. The jacket must be paid for at the time of the order and your card will be charged the full amount of the order. When the jacket does come in stock, if you have pre purchased a jacket, your order will be filled before the jacket is offered to anyone else. If at any time before the jacket comes in stock you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and your money will be refunded in full. Please be aware that once you cancel the order the jacket will no longer be held for you when it becomes available.

JACKET SIZING

Jh Design jackets run a little large. The only exception to this are the ladies jackets which are a slim fit. All other jackets are bomber style jackets. Please check the sizing chart before ordering jacket to assure you are ordering the correct size.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of customer receiving the jacket. The only exception to this will be jackets ordered around Christmas time as presents. We will allow until January 11th for all Christmas returns or exchanges. The jacket must have all tags attached and be in new condition. Any jacket received that does not have tags or has been worn will be returned to the customer at their cost and no refund given.

Customer MUST contact Racing Jackets by phone (937-866-1521) or by email at service@Racingjackets.com before sending back any jacket in order to get a RMA#. Any jackets received without an RMA# will not be accepted. There is a $10 restocking fee for all returns.The only charges for exchanges are the return shipping charges.

During the fall our inventory changes daily. The best way to assure that you will receive the jacket you want is to place another order for that particular jacket. As soon as we receive the exchange you will be credited back the amount of the jacket minus shipping and handling charges.

Racing Jackets accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Money Orders. If you are paying by money order please print out the money order form and send it completely filled out to:

Please be aware that our inventory is changing daily. Although we do accept money orders by the time we receive them we may be out of stock in the item you ordered. If this is the case, you will be notified and given the option of a refund or waiting until the jacket is available.

SHIPPING

Racing Jackets uses a few different methods of shipping. We use UPS, USPS and FED EX. The method depends on where you are located. Please be aware that depending on where you live we may ship your item signature required. This will mean that someone must be home to sign for your package or you may go and pick it up. Our shipping prices are $12.25 for the first jacket and $7.00 for each additional jacket. If a jacket is in stock most likely it will ship out the next business day (our business days are Monday-Friday) but there are some exceptions. During the fall we are extremely busy and it may be a few days before you order ships. If your jacket is a pre purchase then it has no set shipping date. We will try to keep you up to date as to when it is expected, but in most cases we don't know until a few days before receiving the jacket that it will be available.
